Reward Points Minimums and Maximums

Reward points may be capped at a maxim value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption.

Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.

Managing Your Rewards

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your online Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points, minimum needed to redeem, and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost.

By participating in our Member Rewards program, customers understand and agree to its terms and conditions.

  • Member Rewards are allocated to your account only once your order is dispatched
  • Member Rewards are redeemable only on activated accounts
  • Member Rewards are not awarded for free items, postage costs, or Member Rewards redeemed when placing an order
  • Member Rewards are not awarded for cancelled, declined, returned or fraudulent orders.
  • Member Rewards expire 12 months from the date of acquisition
  • We reserve the right to cancel or alter our Member Rewards program at any time.
  • If, for any reason we decide to alter or cancel this program, your earned Member Rewards will not be affected and will remain available for you to use at your convenience
