1. Placing your order
- Price guarantee: We are constantly trying to offer all customer the best deals possible and we only offer real deals, real prices and we will price match if you for any reason find the price cheaper with any other businesses operating in the Republic of Ireland, terms and conditions apply.
- All products come with detailed descriptions including size and function.
- All lingerie comes with a size guide from individual brands.
- Please choose carefully before purchasing as we are unable to accept returns on any adult sex toy product for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
2. Free Shipping
- Free shipping in Republic of Ireland and Norther Ireland on orders over €25.
- Orders under €25 incur a shipping charge of €4.99.
3. Discreet Packaging
- All orders are double wrapped in bubble wrap, shipment bags or unmarked boxes.
- Generic delivery label showing your delivery information.
- No mention of package content.
- For Store Pick-Up, the orders are placed in unmarked shopping bags.
4. Delivery
- Orders placed after 2pm on 12.03.2026 will be processed by DPD
- Include Eircode, valid Irish registered landline or mobile number and valid e-mail address.
- Having delivery issues? Contact us with your order number or DPD directly with your tracking number.
- We will not refund you for anything that gets damaged or lost after we have successfully delivered it to your selected delivery address.
- Not home for the delivery? Let us know a safe place to direct your parcel to by leaving a note with your order or getting in touch at shop@loveangels.ie
- DPD allows you to manage your delivery for best results through their delivery communication
5. Delivery times
- Courier collection time Monday to Friday is 2pm.
- We have a 98% chance of next day delivery*
- Orders placed after 2pm will be processed for courier collection next working day
- *Monday to Thursday next day delivery only - orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be collected at 2pm on Friday for a Monday delivery.
- December deliveries: courier delivery dates will be posted on the home page.
- Please be aware that due to the large volume of good shipped during the holiday season, delays are completely normal and expected. Although we aim to have your parcel with you as soon as possible, please be patient with your holiday purchases.
6. Store Pick-Up
- All orders can be collected in store.
- Orders placed during our opening hours can be collected after 2 hours.
- Orders placed outside of our opening hours can be collected 2 hours after next day’s opening.
- Orders will be held for 1 month before the order is cancelled and refunded.
- You will receive an e-mail when your order will be ready for collection.
7. Parcel Shop Deliveries
- Avail of discreet delivery with DPD Pick Up Points
- DPD Pick Up A Location That Works for You | Drop or Collect Parcels Near You | DPD Ireland - Use the most convenient address as your delivery information including Eircode
- Safe Place/Neighbor: Authorize leaving the parcel in a designated safe spot or with a neighbor if you are not home.
- OOHPod Locker deliveries available through DPD Pick Up Locations

- Options For Re Direction In the parcel tracking function four redirection options are available to you, e.g. redirect your to a save place, a parcel shop of your choice or change the day or address of delivery. In your \"Preferences\" you can register the type of delivery which is generally the most suitable for you.
8. Product inspection
- You may have noticed most items you receive from us may appear to have been opened - do not worry. All electronic and pump items, as well as some silicone items are checked by dedicated staff before shipping to ensure they are fully functional.
- All checked items will be marked with a “Checked” sticker to showcase this.
9. Cancelling or changing your order
- Please get in touch at shop@loveangels.ie regarding cancellations or changes before 2pm.
- Any price differences will be invoiced/refunded as required.
- Orders cancelled after courier collection will incur a charge of €4.99 delivery fee and a €4.99 return fee, as we have been charged these fees once collected
- Orders can be cancelled by getting in touch with us, directly with DPD with your tracking number, or by refusing the delivery.
- Please note for change of mind there will be a re-stocking fee for each item at 10% and also shipping packaging and delivery costs of €4.99 and return fee
- We have a 14 Days return policy once testing seal is applied. This must not be removed to avail.
- If the order has already entered the delivery process please note that our cancellation policy varies to our standard returns policy.
10. Defects
- Some issues can easily be helped over phone or e-mail. Get in touch with us for Troubleshooting of your item.
- If an item is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.
- Any item returned must have all original parts, packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

11. Returns
- Get in touch at shop@loveangels.ie regarding returns.
- Free returns on faulty or incorrect items at the time of delivery.
- Free returns on items faulty within 7 days of delivery.
- No returns/refund or exchanges on lingerie or intimate clothing items for any reason.
- No returns for dissatisfaction – we are not a buy and try service, as we cannot re sell these items.
- All packaging, cables, leaflets, extras need to be included with the return.
- Include your packing slip in the return.
- We also can never ever accept returns for single use products or products that come in packs or bottles like condoms, lubricants, oils, batteries, etc.
- Returns done through DPD Pick Up Point service - we will provide you with clear instructions on your return when you get in touch.
12. Refunds
- We guarantee a full refund or product exchange if the faulty/incorrect item is returned to us unused and in the condition they were sent.
- Items must be in original, undamaged packaging, with labels and seals intact and not tampered with.
- Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement.
- Loveangels will reserve the right, at its own discretion, to deny any exchange or refunds if the fault is not due to manufacturing defects or is deemed due to misuse, wear and tear.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
13. Fare Deals Agreement
- As a family run business we really want to be fair and treat our customers with respect.
- If we receive goods for return that are no longer fit for resale then we will not be able to process a full refund.
- We will either offer to return the goods with a postage fee or we’ll contact you and try to come to a fair and mutual agreement.
- Please study the descriptions and specifications before purchasing. All descriptions and images are correct and up to date including measurements, size guides, functions, etc.

15. Online Payments
- Simple and secure.
- Loveangels accept all major credit cards; you don’t have to be a computer whizz to pay online using your Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro.
- We also accept Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Google Pay.
- Cheque and Bank Draft payments: get in touch with us first, send your order including all delivery/contact information and cheque to us. Your order will be shipped once the cheque/bank draft clears.
16. FAQ
- Before getting in touch, make sure to read the Instruction Manual included with your purchase as a leaflet or QR code.
- If you are still having difficulties, have a read through the FAQ before getting in touch.
Are my payment details stored?
- No we don't get to see your details other then an approved or denied payment.
How discreet is my shipment?
- All orders are double wrapped in bubble wrap, shipment bags or unmarked boxes.
- Many customers have their purchases sent to their work place with no hassle.
My toy isn’t turning on
- Press and hold the ON button for 3-5 seconds to turn the toy on.
- Single click of the function button will change function frequencies.
- Another long press and hold will turn the toy off.
- Battery operated: ensure protective sleeves are removed, use quality batteries (e.g., Duracell or Energiser), and insert correctly.
- Rechargeable: ensure the product is charged as per manufacturer specifications.
My toy isn’t charging
- Ensure the cable is inserted correctly as per Instruction Manual or packaging.
- Only plug the charger into a wall adaptor, do not charge through computer/laptop or car charger.
- Plug and unplug the connected charger from the toy a few times to loosen connection opening.
Storage
- Store in an individual storage pouch as silicones touching can cause discoloration and damage.
- Good ventilation.
- Clean toys before storing and before use.

17. Please note
- We cannot help with your delivery issues if you do not let us know you’re experiencing them, please let us know.
- Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday to avail of next day delivery. Please be aware that although we pay for next day delivery we do not Guarantee it as delays can occur.
- For orders made after 2pm, your item will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Please note some items carry a manufacturer's warranty. If your item contains a manufacturer's warranty, please use this to return to the manufacturer for replacement.
- You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us that is not faulty or not fit for re sale.
- Customers are responsible for any returns until we receive the returned item(s).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
