Enjoy free delivery when you spend over €25.00. We will deliver your Parcel to you for Free anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland when your total cost is over €25.

For orders less than €25.00, will be charged a shipping fee of €4.99.

Discreet Packaging

Our shipping and delivery is so discreet it could be sent to the Vatican! All products are double wrapped before leaving Loveangels to ensure discreet packaging and delivery. We don't include any reference to our store name so deliveries can even be sent to your place of work. Alternatively, choose to pick up from your nearest GLS Parcel Store by selecting your preferred location Here.

Next Day Delivery 98% Of The Time

Order before 4pm Monday to Friday to avail of next day delivery. But please be aware that although we pay for next day delivery we do not Guarantee it as delays can occur,  For orders made after 4pm, your item will be dispatched on the next working day.

Deliveries will not take place on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays, instead expect your delivery on the next working day.

Monday - Thursday = Next day delivery, But we do not guarantedd next day as courier delays can occur 

Friday before 4pm for next working day = Monday delivery

Friday after 4pm - Sunday = Dispatched on Monday for next day delivery

Click and Collect

Click & Collect lets you make an order online and then collect it from our store, Angels Adult Boutique, Mungret Street, Limerick.

When you come to pick up your order, please bring Proof of Purchase or the email we sent saying it’s ready for collection – as a print-out or on your phone, tablet or laptop.

Shipping to Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

We are currently offering registered/non registered post or GLS Express couriers shipping on all orders to any address in Ireland.

Smaller parcels will be shipped via An Post postal service while larger packages will be delivered via GLS Parcel Shops select one near you from their website or home delivered through GLS Express Couriers.

GLS Parcel Shop Pick-Up Centre’s

Don’t want your Parcel delivered to your address,  Not to worry as you can now have it delivered to one of the many local GLS Parcel Shop Centre’s all over Ireland and your sure to find one close to you where you can now collect it yourself for whatever reason. 

When we deliver your order to your chosen pick up centre, and should normally arrive for next day collection if ordered after 4 pm you will receive an email advising when it is sent orders on Friday after 4 pm cannot be collected until Monday.

But please do not forget all our Parcels are so discreet therefore could be sent to the Vatican so why not have it delivered to your place of work or a friend or neighbour with no mention of us on the label

For orders to the UK, we use non-registered post or an express courier service.

We offer free non Registered Shipping on all purchases over £35.00 to the UK with a £4.99 option of full courier tracking delivery.

For orders under £35.00 customers can choose from £8.00 delivery fee or our faster courier option with tracking of delivery for £10.00.

Things to bear in mind: Concerning next day delivery and returns

Although we pay for next day deliver we cannot guaranteed same

We do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time. But there are all sorts of unforeseen problems that can prevent that – including breakdowns, extreme weather and illness. We're sorry if we're late. And please arrange your delivery to be sent to an address with someone there to accept same.

We will not refund you for anything that gets damaged or lost after we have successfully delivered it to your selected delivery address. To speed up delivery delays please  include your eircode and a contact telephone number to aid the couriers speedy delivery, as although we do pay for next delivery we cannot guarantee same at these trying times due to covid as the courier companies are working behind in some counties due to an overload of orders,  we are all doing our best to get to you on time. 

Checked And Passed For The Perfect Delivery

You may have noticed most items you receive from us may appear to have been opened. Not to worry - before we ship out anything, our packers test and check battery-operated and rechargeable items to ensure that what you receive is a perfectly working item. This method eliminates the need for return and proving very successful.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Had a change of heart?  No problem If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us with your order number immediately. We recommend doing so within the first 15 minutes of placing your order to ensure that we are able to action this request before labels are printed and or picked up by the Courier Company.

Please choose carefully before purchasing as we are unable to accept returns on any adult sex toy product for change of mind or dissatisfaction, other wise we have a 14 Days return policy after testing seal applied and must not be removed and in original packaging, as stated above we check all to make sure it is fit for purpose and in working new un-used condition

If the order has already entered the delivery process please note that our cancellation policy varies to our standard returns policy.

If an order has been dispatched, you will receive the item however you can still cancel and arrange the return of products simply by telling the courier to return it, but be warned the cost of sending and returning will have to be born by you, its only right and fair. 

Please note for change of mind there will be a re-stocking fee for each item at 10% and also shipping packaging and delivery costs 

Please note the following:

  • You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us that is not faulty or un-fit for re sale
  • We reserve the right to charge for any direct costs incurred in collecting / returning the products and missing items, the value of which may be deducted from any monies owed to you
  • We’ll refund the original purchase price less free delivery charges applied at point of check-out
  • Refunds will be provided as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Troubleshooting Tips

Before contacting us, you may like to try some basic troubleshooting tips:

If your product is battery operated:

  • Have you removed the battery protection paper
  • Ensure you are using the correct batteries 
  • Ensure the batteries have been inserted correctly 
  • The battery compartment is done up tight where applicable
  • Try new, heavy duty, high quality batteries e.g. Duracell
  • Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on

These things account for the vast majority of reported faults.

Never use discount discount store batteries as they do not carry sufficent energy for the more powerful sex toys.

Expert Tip: When you are not using your battery operated sex toy, please ensure you take out any batteries to avoid draining of the batteries or cause leakage if left in too long.

If your product is rechargeable:

  • Ensure the product is fully charged normally 2 to 3 hours 
  • Ensure the light (if any) is illuminating to show the product is connected to the charger
  • Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on 

Do not overcharge as can do damage to the product. 

If your product comes with a controller:

  • Read any instructions you have to ensure you are using it correctly.
  • Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on this is a safety feature built into the newer models to avoid accidental turning on, saves embarrassment .

Free Returns

Before we ship out any product we do a full visual check and test battery and rechargeable items before being packed up and shipped out to you. For this reason you may notice your product was opened for testing before being processed. This is to guarantee you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us.

If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. We guarantee a full refund or product exchange if the faulty item is returned to us unused, unopened and in the condition they were sent. Items must be in original, undamaged packaging, with labels and seals intact and not tampered with.

Returns must include all parts of the product and any others with it such as free gifts.

All mega sale  or deal items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or replacement. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (delivery and return delivery excluded) will be credited on receipt of returned goods.

All goods must be returned unopened and be fit for resale in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note we cannot accept returns for single use products or products that come in packs or bottles such as condoms, lubricants, oils, etc.

For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns for any clothing or lingerie. All of our lingerie is in perfect condition and fully checked before we ship it to you. When ordering lingerie make sure you have read and fully understand the size information.

We are unable to accept any product(s) back that is not in this condition .

Customers are responsible for any returns to us until we receive them.

If the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the rights to return the items to you.

Defects

If an item is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. When {{customVar code=loveangels}} has received and processed the defective item we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have all original parts, packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Please note some items carry a manufacturer's warranty. If your item contains a manufacturer's warranty, please use this to return to the manufacturer for replacement.

How do I return items?

Please contact us in case the problem is something that can be corrected over the phone or by email if not 

Please complete the returns form including full description of issues encountered.

Remember to print off a copy of same and return with your return items

I received a damaged/incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by email at info@loveangels.ie before returning the item stating your name order number, reason for return. Once we receive your email we will within 3 working days reply to tell you how to return the item.

We will exchange items as long as it is still in ‘as new’ condition and accordance with our return policy.

Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved, we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge.

If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.

We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.

Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card.

Fare Deals Agreement

As a family run business we really want to be fair and treat our customers with respect. But in some cases if we receive goods for return that are no longer fit for resale then we will not be able to process a full refund, we will either offer to return the goods with a postage fee or we’ll contact you and try to come to a fair and mutual agreement, 

Please study the descriptions and specifications before purchasing as due to the nature of sex toys we are not a try and buy service or becuase you dont like size or colour decide to return, this is something we do not allow as we cannot resale sex toys returned for said reasons, and i certainly would never purchase from any store or mail order company that allowed returns of same.   

We also can never ever accept returns for single use products or products that come in packs or bottles like condoms, lubricants, oils, batteries tenga’s etc

Lingerie and Clothing Returns

When you order your lingerie or clothing, be extra-careful that you're ordering the right size. colour and style etc

We truly want you to be happy with your purchases but we also need everything we sell to be new, perfect, unused and in hygienic condition. Because of this unfortunately we cannot accept and will never accept returns for any under-clothing or lingerie as these items are fully checked and passed before being sent out . Only in this way can we ensure that all our lingerie is in perfect new condition when we ship it to you.

This is one product we are very strict on for health and safety reasons, being a very intimate item we cannot and will not ever take the chance of these items being tried on,

No good store will ever exchange lingerie and i would expect so, and if any did then i seriously would question the seller as i could never trust a company that done so as i would be extremely worried i was getting an item tried on worn by someone else.

For this reason and our very strict Lingerie Policy you can rest assured our's is new and in its original packaging.

Policy

Loveangels will reserve the right, at its own discretion, to deny any exchange or refunds if the fault is not due to manufacturing defects or is deemed due to misuse, wear and tear. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed if management deems the goods as being damaged by misuse, wear and tear.
